Shipping & Returns

Shipping is $20 for any size order.

If you would like to pick your order up at our store in Lexington, there is no shipping charge.

Items that are in-stock will ship via UPS or FEDEX within 3 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. If there is a delay, we will let you know by email or phone. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Have a special event and need your item sooner? Just email us at orders@omarandelsie.com and should be able to expedite your order.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.

Please refer to the chart below to calculate shipping costs. These rates apply to the 48 contiguous states.  At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

Returns: We hope you like your purchase as much as we do! You can return a full price item within 14 days of receiving the order for a store credit on the merchandise sale price. All discounted or sale-price items are final sale with no refunds or exchanges. We are not able to refund original shipping charges. Please email us at orders@omarandelsie.com and let us know that you plan to return something. 

Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us at orders@omarandelsie.com to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
